On Your Mark Get Set…Go!
17 Nov 2007
Are you ready? November 23rd will be the biggest and most profitable day of the year for the merchants. Not only are there local stores, but online Christmas shops too. Some of the more unique Christmas shops will have inspirational gifts that are more oriented toward the real celebration of the Christmas Holiday. Remember that Jesus is the reason for this season.
You can check out any Christmas shop online before the 23rd of November and maybe even finish with all of your shopping. You could be one of the lucky shoppers that will just go to the store to pick up some bows, tape, or wrapping paper. You can even have the online Christmas shop send the gifts straight to the receiver, how easy is that for all of your out of town family. Would that not be a great surprise to receive a Christmas package delivered to their door from there favorite online Christmas shop?
Look for an online Christmas shop that has inspirational gifts that will keep the spirit of Christmas alive. Every day we hear of a new place where we are not allowed to put our Christmas decorations in public, or even speak of Jesus, but the real spirit of Christmas will never die. Even as we shop in our local stores, the season is geared more toward making money instead of Jesus. Choose carefully the items you share with your loved ones, and let us all continue to spread the real Christmas Spirit - the Birth of Our Savior Jesus Christ.
November 23rd is the day after Thanksgiving and the merchants are already getting ready for you to spend as much as you can possibly spend. Why not sit down before the Thanksgiving Holiday and work a budget of exactly what you have to spend and who you are really going to buy for. With times being tight, no one wants to pay for this Christmas until next Christmas, stop and think before you out do yourselves. Shopping with no direction can really get you into hock for a long time. Remember being the caretaker of your family is much more important than going in debt. If you have a lot of people to shop for, make sure you make a budget you can live with, and stick to it.
Keep it about Jesus, inspirational, simple and have a Very Merry Christmas.
