You do not need a Pay Pal account to purchase from us, just follow the step by step instructions at the checkout. Your Shipping charges will be added through the checkout process, please refer to our shipping charges. Remember, you may also order by phone, email, fax, or send your order to our address. If you are mailing an order to us, please be sure to add the proper shipping charges to your total before mailing your check. This will insure proper payment and keep your order from being delayed. What if my product(s) is not in stock?
If your Product is out of stock we will automatically place it on back order for you or you can replace it with an item of equal value.
How long will it take to get my product(s)?
Your order starts processing as soon as it is received and your payment is confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks. We ask that you please allow 2-6 weeks for the shipping.
What if my product(s) is damaged when I receive it?
Returns:
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify us and we will replace or refund your order right away.
All other returns must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, include your packing slip and /or order number, and items such as CDs, DVDs, videos, and games must be UNOPENED.
NOTE: Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Non-qualifying items cannot be returned to you.
Where do you ship?
Shipping Limits. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship anywhere else at this time.
